Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cadets’ daily routines, discipline, and conduct.
• Oversee hostel/house activities, attendance, hygiene, and safety.
• Coordinate academic, sports, physical training, and extracurricular activities.
• Mentor and guide cadets in discipline, leadership, and personal development.
• Coordinate with teachers, wardens, parents, and school administration.
• Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with school policies.
• Handle emergencies and resolve day-to-day student concerns effectively.
• Maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on sports programs, events, and achievements.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Sainik School, Military School, Residential/Boarding School, NCC, similar institution preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, discipline, and student-management skills.
