Required Skills & Experience

• Pursuing or recently completing a degree in Engineering or a Science-related discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with data organization and analysis using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in a laboratory, pilot plant, or manufacturing environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Understanding of AI technologies and their application in product or process research
• Liquids or food industry lab research experience

Job Description

• Lead and support R&D special projects with direct business impact
• Develop research plans and present findings and recommendations
• Prepare, develop, package, and evaluate new and existing products
• Assist scientists and engineers with laboratory and pilot plant testing
• Analyze and summarize research data
• Participate in manufacturing visits, supplier meetings, and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage project timelines and proactively drive work forward with minimal supervision
