Job Title: Lead Turnaround P6 SchedulerDuration: 12-months (Turnaround support for 2027, 2028 & 2029 )Schedule: 4/10Location: Port Arthur, TX (per diem can be provided for relocation)

This opportunity supports major refinery turnaround cycles and will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and managing complex Primavera P6 schedules from planning through execution and closeout. The role will work across turnaround management, maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and project controls to help deliver safe and efficient execution against milestone and critical path objectives. Requirements: Experience developing, maintaining, and managing complex turnaround schedules within a refinery environmentExperience supporting multiple turnaround phases, including planning, execution, and closeoutExperience coordinating with turnaround management, maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and project controls teamsExperience monitoring schedule performance, critical path activities, resource loading, and productivity trends during turnaround executionAdvanced Primavera P6 scheduling capabilityAbility to build and manage integrated turnaround schedulesAbility to analyze schedule performance and identify schedule risksAbility to develop recovery plans when requiredCapability to facilitate schedule review meetings and provide daily, weekly, and milestone reportingSupport for turnaround resource planning and workforce forecastingAbility to ensure schedule updates accurately reflect field progress and forecast completion dates
