Purple Heron Hospitals is expanding and looking for 3 dynamic Marketing PROs to strengthen our referral network and drive healthcare business growth.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers: MBA in Marketing (Healthcare exposure preferred)

Experienced Professionals: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or doctor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, cosmetic salons, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

Develop referral partnerships across specialties including Plastic Surgery, ENT, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Dentistry, PMR, and more.

Visit doctors and healthcare institutions to introduce Purple Heron Hospitals' advanced facilities and specialist services.

Promote OT and hospital infrastructure for consultants requiring surgical facilities.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.

Execute outreach programs, CMEs, doctor engagement activities, and referral campaigns.

Maintain strong professional relationships and achieve business growth targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Passion for healthcare business development.
• Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and partner meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused.
