About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver for local delivery operations in Marietta, Georgia. This temp-to-perm opportunity involves delivering HVAC supplies and equipment while providing professional customer service. The position is scheduled to start August 24, 2026.

Pay & Schedule Details

• $23.50 per hour
• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• 40 hours per week
• Local delivery work in Marietta, Georgia
• Temp-to-perm employment

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery
• Freight: HVAC supplies and equipment
• Equipment: 26-foot box trucks and F-250 pickup trucks with automatic transmissions
• Delivery range: Typically within two hours of the store
• Handling: Heavy-touch deliveries, including unloading or assisting with unloading materials

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 26-foot box trucks and F-250 pickup trucks safely and professionally.
• Deliver HVAC supplies and equipment to local customers.
• Unload or assist with unloading materials and obtain customer signatures.
• Pick up customer returns and local purchase orders.
• Secure materials and remain within vehicle weight limits.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform driving duties while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A.
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
