We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong emphasis on React and Node.js development to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications within a leading financial services organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building modern, scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You'll work on innovative digital initiatives that directly support business growth while leveraging modern cloud technologies and development best practices.
What You'll DoBuild scalable, high-quality applications using modern development standards and architectural best practicesDevelop responsive front-end applications using React.jsDesign and build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.jsCollaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and fellow Engineers to deliver business-critical solutionsParticipate in technical design discussions and contribute to application architectureWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeDevelop unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing solutionsTroubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt emerging technologiesWork within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, state management, and component-based architectureSolid backend development experience using Node. xzbcwsv js (Express and/or NestJS)Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScriptExperience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQLExperience building applications using microservices architectureHands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, API Gateway, and LambdaExperience deploying containerized applications using Docker and AWS ECS or EKSExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deploymentsUnderstanding of AWS infrastructure concepts including VPC, IAM, Load Balancers, and Auto ScalingExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDBFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch
Preferred ExperienceExperience working within enterprise-scale application environmentsKnowledge of React best practices for building responsive, scalable user interfacesExposure to cloud-native application developmentExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFinancial services experience is a plus
