Team Leader, Quality – Originations Position Overview: The candidate will lead responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills. Essential Job Functions: Establish and maintain a robust quality management system, such as processes, procedures, and documentation, to ensure effective quality control Set quality objectives and targets aligned with organizational goals and objectives, track progress and performance against established benchmarks Review and analyze quality performance data, identifyin
