Electrical BIM ModelerRemote
Job Summary:Create and maintain 3D models using BIM softwareCollaborate with contractors, engineers, and other members of the construction planning services team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirementsUse models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.Produce jobsite electrical installation drawings based on innovative and efficient practices.Apply BIM/VDC knowledge, concepts, and experience to size, evaluate, select, and specify raceway and wire routing for electrical power, lighting, and auxiliary systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
Qualifications and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred5+ years related Electrical BIM Modeler experience5+ years of Revit experience5+ years of Navisworks experienceAutodesk certified professionalExperience with Blue Beam or another PDF editor
