Description:NYC Insurer based in NYC (not remote) seeks a skilled Claims Examiner experienced in handling high exposure litigated commercial bodily injury auto claims, often with policies that include an MC90 coverage endorsement for Public Liability under the Motor Carrier Act. You will work in a professional environment alongside knowledgeable colleagues. Our offices are centrally positioned and recently updated. Your caseload will present challenges that demand your intelligence and initiative. You will collaborate closely with defense counsel, strategizing and negotiating to resolve cases effectively, potentially up to a verdict when necessary.
Requirements: Familiarity with NY case law and litigation practices, as well as medical concepts and terminology, is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. xzbcwsv A BA is preferred.
