Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day field activities for mechanical projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.Supervise onsite labor and ensure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installations meet design specifications.Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress against budget and timeline goals.Identify and resolve field issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.
QualificationsMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in a supervisory role within commercial construction.Experience specifically within the $10,000,000 to $30,000,000 project range.Strong understanding of commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
