Senior Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with senior leadership to create the product vision and strategy, leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Your extensive understanding of healthcare technology, combined with your strategic acumen, will guide the creation of transformative products that revolutionize pharmacy operations and elevate patient care. In line with the broader commercial strategy set by the Director and/or Manager of the team, the Senior Product Manager manages the research, business cases, development, and launches of products within a portfolio. This job works with a large degree of independence, works directly with customers, and may provide guidance to less experienced Product Management professionals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Power BI or comparable BI platform experience is the minimum. Spreadsheet/Excel-based reporting alone is not sufficient. Ability to build dashboards and custom reports in a BI tool. This is a product management role, not a developer, SQL, or data architecture role; the focus is understanding customer business needs and knowing when to route work to the data team. Demonstrated success in navigating regulatory compliance and healthcare data security. History of successfully launching and managing technology products at scale. Innate strategic thinking, able to seamlessly align product objectives with overarching company vision. Ability to establish relationships across the business as well as with our customers. Ability to contribute to business cases in an effective manner in order to gain buy-in and secure funding for investment Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10% EDUCATION
