Residential Project Manager

Top Hat is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to own the execution of repair, maintenance, and renovation projects for our high-end residential clients. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure every project is scoped, scheduled, and delivered with professionalism, urgency and care. This is a hands-on role with a clear roadmap to Senior Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:•    Take ownership of assigned projects from scope through close-out: own the schedule, budget, and quality of the work. •    Source, schedule, and supervise technicians and trade vendors on site.•    Manage ongoing client and internal communication and ensure timely follow-up on project milestones and change orders.•    Coordinate with Account Managers on client priorities and expectations across their portfolios•    Lead project kick-offs, check-ins, and walkthroughs; prepare proposals, estimates, and vendor bids.•    Stay accountable for accurate project records, job costing, and service data in our internal systems. •    Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, vendor performance, and client outcomes.
Requirements:•    3+ years managing residential service, renovation, or construction projects•    Experience in high-end property, hospitality, or luxury residential projects is a plus.•    Excellent communication, scheduling, and organizational skills across multiple concurrent projects.•    Proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace; ConnectWise or similar project management software a plus. •    Comfortable working with high-net worth clients. xzbcwsv           •    Ability to work onsite: on client property, at job sites, or in office - 5 days a week. 140k - 150k DOE
