Job Title: Billing SpecialistLocation: Cleveland, Ohio (downtown)

The Ideal Candidate:Experience in legal billing (required)Exceptional attention to detail, especially grammar, punctuation, and formattingAbility to manage high-volume invoicing and multiple billing formatsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with attorneys and staffProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal billing software preferredOrganized, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
About the Role:Prepare, review, and process invoices for firm clientsEdit bills for accuracy, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting before distributionManage electronic billing, email billing, and printed invoicesProcess payments (credit card and mail) and support account updatesCollaborate with attorneys to resolve billing questions and revisionsEnsure timely, accurate delivery of invoices while maintaining high quality standards
