Structural Revit Drafter / Modeler

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Revit Structural Drafter/Modeler with good knowledge of Autodesk Revit and 2-3 years of drafting experience. This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements . You will support our engineering team by preparing accurate structural drawings, models and details for construction projects. The role is suited for someone who understands Revit workflows and wants to grow further in structural drafting, BIM coordination and technical detailing.

Responsibilities

• ‌Prepare and update structural drawings using Revit.
• ‌Create formwork plans, reinforcement plans, sections and details.
• ‌Work from architectural plans, engineering input and project sketches.
• ‌Coordinate Revit models with engineers.
• ‌Maintain clean Revit models, views, sheets, families and project documentation.
• ‌Assist with quantity take-offs and drawing schedules when required.
• ‌Check drawings for accuracy, consistency and constructability.
• ‌Follow internal drafting standards and project workflows.

Requirements

• ‌Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• ‌2-3 year of relevant drafting experience on Revit.
• ‌Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• ‌Basic understanding of concrete, steel and building construction.
• ‌Accurate, organized and detail-oriented.
• ‌Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• ‌Good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• ‌Experience with reinforcement or formwork drawings.
• ‌Familiarity with BIM coordination.
• ‌Familiarity with Revit plugins like Sofistik.
