Job Description

We are hiring a highly motivated Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead Admissions and Inside Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Tele-Counselors, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high conversion rates through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.
• Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue generation.
• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle lead management, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios and admissions funnel performance.
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
• Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and team effectiveness.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights.

Eligibility:

• Graduation mandatory.
