Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Ownership Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all group projects. Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all hospitality projects. Manage new hotel developments, renovations, expansions, conversions, and refurbishments. Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved timelines. Drive project execution from concept to handover.

2. Timely Delivery of Projects Ensure all projects are delivered within committed timelines. Develop project schedules, critical paths, and milestone trackers. Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays. Implement corrective action plans to recover timelines. Conduct weekly and monthly project review meetings.

KPI: Project Completion Timeline Adherence (%)

3. Budget Management & Cost Control Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets. Establish project cost controls and budget monitoring mechanisms. Review project expenditures against approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for optimum commercial terms.

4. Cost Reduction Initiatives Develop and implement value engineering initiatives. Standardize specifications and procurement practices across projects. Drive alternative sourcing and cost optimization programs. Evaluate project designs for cost-effectiveness. Benchmark costs against industry standards.
