We're Hiring | Junior Architect (2–3 Years Experience)

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse architectural and interior projects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project execution teams.
• Conduct site visits and support project execution as required.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.

Requirements:

* 2–3 years of relevant experience.

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

* Strong knowledge of Architectural Drafting.

* Good design and space planning skills.

* Experience in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.

* Good coordination and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
