We’re looking for a Buyer to join a growing manufacturing company in Coconut Creek. This is a hands-on role focused on purchasing ingredients and packaging materials, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory, and ensuring production has the materials it needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong purchasing foundation, enjoys working with data, and can identify opportunities to improve pricing, inventory levels, and purchasing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take on more ownership and grow into a larger purchasing role over time.

What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and production needs
• Analyze pricing, purchasing trends, and opportunities for cost savings
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Resolve shortages, delivery issues, and pricing discrepancies
• Partner closely with production and operations
• Help improve purchasing and inventory processes

What We’re Looking For

• Purchasing, procurement, or buying experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience working with inventory and suppliers
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Someone motivated to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibility
