Memory Design Engineer

We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer with 3 years of experience in memory circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and verifying SRAM/compiler memory circuits, along with a strong understanding of CMOS analog/digital design principles. Key Responsibilities Design and develop SRAM/compiler memory circuits for advanced technology nodes. Perform circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area (PPA). Design memory sub-blocks such as sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and control logic. Conduct schematic design, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools. Collaborate with layout, characterization, and verification teams to ensure first-pass silicon success. Analyze and debug silicon issues, supporting characterization and product validation. Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the memory development cycle. Required Skills 3 years of experience in Memory Design . Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and memory design concepts. Hands-on experience with custom circuit design and transistor-level simulations. Good knowledge of CMOS analog and digital circuit design. Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso , Spectre , HSPICE , or equivalent. Familiarity with advanced process nodes is an added advantage. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field. Experience with low-power and high-speed memory design is a plus.
