The Role
Manage and assist with a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.Handle all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other substantive litigation documents.Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.Work closely with experienced partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation matters and client strategy.
What You’ll Bring
At least 3+ years of practical litigation experience, ideally within insurance defense, civil litigation, or related disputes.Admission to the Colorado Bar or due to be admitted.
