We are hiring for a leading NGO! Job Description Support the Director – Finance in managing the overall finance function and provide overarching support across finance and operations. Oversee routine finance operations, including financial processes, controls, compliance, and reporting. Review and strengthen finance processes and internal controls to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Support internal reviews, audits, and closure of compliance-related matters. Oversee and support administrative and IT-related operational matters, including cost, service levels, risk, and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams, outsourced service providers, and management to ensure smooth execution of finance and operational activities. Mentor and coach the team to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities. Contribute to robust internal systems and processes that strengthen organisational efficiency and governance.
