I strongly believe users don't care how the backend is built. They care about how the product looks, feels, and how easy it is to use. That's why UI/UX is one of the most important roles in the company. Your work is what every user sees and interacts with. Creating an amazing user experience takes an incredible amount of thought, creativity, and hard work.

I'll be honest : if work-life balance is your top priority, this role probably isn't for you. We are trying to build something that has never been built before. Achieving that requires dedication, ownership, and a willingness to put in the extra effort when needed. Every single detail matters, and every bit of effort contributes to the final product.
