Air Export Coordinator

Role Overview:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordination Specialist to manage the day-to-day logistics of international air freight, domestic shipments, and air charter operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality service delivery across our logistics network.

Core Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication and supportProvide clients with competitive rate quotes, booking assistance, shipment coordination, and real-time tracking updatesMaintain consistent communication with clients and third-party partners regarding shipment status and logisticsSupport business development by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunitiesOccasionally oversee cargo operations on-site to ensure proper handling and compliancePerform additional tasks as assigned to support operational excellence
Work Environment & Schedule:Professional office setting with standard equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)Full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMRemote work available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Qualifications & Skills:Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience; familiarity with air freight or cargo operations is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal coordinationBasic math proficiency for rate calculations and logistics planningAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret instructions and solve operational challengesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with documentation software is advantageousSales experience is beneficial but not requiredMust be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance
