BabyBillion creates YouTube content watched by kids and parents together, generating 800+ crore views every month . We’re looking for an Agency Sales & Partnerships professional to drive revenue through media agencies, creative agencies and brands.

The Role - Brand Partnerships Manager (Agency & Brand Sales)

You'll own BabyBillion's relationship with the agency world: GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, Madison, Ogilvy, Wavemaker, Mindshare, Zenith, EssenceMediacom, and the independents. You'll turn those relationships into briefs, and briefs into campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build and own relationships across GroupM, WPP, Dentsu, Publicis, Madison and other agencies .
• Generate meetings, briefs and new business through your agency network.
• Identify campaigns where BabyBillion can add value.
• Pitch, negotiate and close YouTube/content-led campaigns .
• Own the sales pipeline, revenue targets and account growth.
• Build repeat business with key agencies and brands.

Who we're looking for

• 2–4 years in media planning, media sales, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, digital advertising or ad sales
• You've worked inside a media or creative agency, or sold into one. Agency-side planners and buyers who want to move to the content side are strongly encouraged to apply — you already know the rooms we're trying to get into
• A sense for content: you can tell the difference between a brand integration that will work and one that will get skipped
• Comfortable carrying a number and comfortable being told no
• Based anywhere in India — this is fully remote, with travel to Mumbai and Delhi NCR for agency meetings
