Event Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Event manager to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and strategy of company events, ranging from high-profile conferences to internal workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Manageme nt: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact company events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and corporate retreats.
• Logistics & Vendor Operatio ns: Lead end-to-end event logistics, including contract negotiations, vendor management, venue selection, catering, transportation, and guest accommodation.
• Stakeholder & Promotion Manageme nt: Drive event communications and serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, key stakeholders, sponsors, and attendees.
• On-Site Leadership & Operatio ns: Oversee on-site venue setup, execution, and teardown. Act as the primary lead to resolve real-time operational challenges or emergencies during events.
• Budget Oversig ht: Manage event budgets, negotiate pricing to optimize cost-efficiency, and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experi ence: 5+ years of proven experience in event management, event planning, or a similar operations role
• Leadership & Organiza tion: Superior organizational, project management, and delegation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Communica tion: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Problem-Solving & Agi lity: Strong crisis management skills, high attention to detail, and a decisive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibi lity: Willingness to work flexible/irregular hours and travel as required by event schedules.
• Profici ency: Proficient in project management tools, event management software, and standard office applications (MS Office / Google Workspace).
