This 190-bed inpatient facility maintains an average daily census of 110 patients and supports a volume of 15-20 daily admissions. The facility operates within a structured hospitalist coverage model with established clinical protocols to ensure quality inpatient medical care delivery. Locum tenens coverage is sought for holiday periods to maintain continuous operations.

The region offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and nature-based activities suited to varied interests. Opportunities include waterfall hikes, kayaking, river rafting, and fishing, alongside scenic train rides, walking tours, and water sports. The area also features art galleries, history and science museums, observatories, spa retreats, wine tastings, and ice skating, with cabin rentals and wellness experiences available throughout, making it a suitable destination for a range of leisure preferences during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on an on-site basis, rounding on approximately 16-18 patients per day across all age groups. Responsibilities include managing inpatient medical conditions and coordinating care within the hospital setting. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours.
