Transaction specialist

We looking out for candidate who has experience in real estate transactions and accounting with Yardi or any other real estate tools

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (B. S.) or equivalent from an accredited university. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; commercial real estate accounting experience preferred; CPA or equivalent (or progress toward) is a plus. Strong analytical and accounting skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously. Prepare the opening journal entry workbook for acquisitions and communicate to property and fund accounting teams the specific terms of the transaction and items that will impact the ongoing accounting for the acquired properties. Prior to acquisition, review prorations provided by sellers to ensure amounts are accurate and supported.
