Manager Finance Operations - Shared Services Company

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: CA – Mandatory

GCC / Middle East Finance Experience – Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Finance Shared Services / Finance Operations professional who has strong exposure to GCC finance operations and experience managing multiple finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end Finance Shared Services operations across GL, AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets and Lease/Rental Accounting

* Drive month-end closing, reconciliations, MIS and financial reporting

* Manage KPI/SLA adherence, operational performance and governance

* Lead and manage multiple finance teams and ensure timely delivery

* Drive process standardization, SOP implementation and automation

* Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and audit readiness

* Partner with business, FP&A, Treasury and senior finance stakeholders

* Monitor working capital, receivables/payables ageing and cash-flow activities

* Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Looking for:

✅ Qualified CA

✅ 8+ years of overall finance experience

✅ GCC / Middle East finance exposure – Mandatory

✅ Finance Shared Services / GCC / GBS / Finance Operations experience

✅ Experience across multiple finance functions such as GL/R2R, AP/P2P, AR/O2C and Treasury

✅ Strong team management and stakeholder management experience

✅ Exposure to KPI/SLA governance and process improvement/automation

✅ Retail / QSR / Food / Consumer business exposure would be an advantage
