URGENT HIRING | TELE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Location: Pitampura / Connaught Place

Experience: Relevant experience in Tele Collection / Collection preferred

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Graduate

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

Experience in handling customers over calls

Responsible for timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments

Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding pending dues

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to maintain accurate collection records and update CRM

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & CRM

⚡ Strong follow-up, problem-solving & target-oriented approach

NBFC/BFSI/Loan Collection experience preferred

Professional attitude with good customer-handling skills
