Modern Family Law, a boutique firm, seeks a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to work remotely near one of our offices. You will lead day-to-day employee relations, leave, and accommodations for a multi-state workforce, partnering with managers, MAs, and employees to resolve concerns with discretion and integrity.

The role requires independent ownership, strong collaboration with P&C leadership, and a focus on compliant, equitable processes across jurisdictions.
