They are well known for their heavy focus in the healthcare sector, working on hospitals, medical center renovations, and clinic/ office spaces. To join their already developed pipeline of work, they are looking for a Project Manager that fits their close knit culture and has a strong background of healthcare construction projects. Job Description Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and project controls. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Review construction documents, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Manage project financials, including forecasting, change orders, cost reporting, and billing. Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements, healthcare regulations, life safety standards, infection control protocols, and local building codes. Oversee subcontractor performance, contract administration, and project documentation. Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to clients and leadership. Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain safety, quality, and schedule objectives. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, training, and warranty documentation. Healthcare renovation experience in occupied facilities. OSHA 30 Certification. LEED accreditation or healthcare-specific construction certifications. Experience with Design-Build and CMAR project delivery methods.
