Technical program manager – physical design

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of VLSI semiconductor experience and 5+ years in program management , preferably in Physical Design. Strong expertise in project planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, budget tracking, and stakeholder management is essential. Experience coordinating Physical Design IP development, validation, and So C integration while driving cross-functional teams to meet aggressive milestones is required. The role involves managing IP-to-So C delivery, executive reporting, resource planning, and process improvements to ensure successful program execution. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are critical for delivering high-performance So C programs.
