Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SaaS Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs involving product, engineering, architecture, cloud operations, security, and business stakeholders while ensuring successful adoption, governance, and business outcomes.The role requires strong program management expertise, experience managing SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS transformation, implementation, migration, and modernization programs. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams. Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate SaaS platform onboarding, upgrades, integrations, and lifecycle management. Drive Agile delivery practices and oversee sprint, release, and deployment planning. Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, KPIs, and program dashboards. Manage vendor relationships, third-party SaaS providers, and implementation partners. Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS solutions. Monitor program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and overall financial performance. Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, change management, and realization of business value. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and organizational standards. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide leadership updates on program status, risks, and key decisions.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program Management. Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations and cloud transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, subscription lifecycle management, and cloud operations. Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs with distributed teams. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience with program governance, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as: Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Workday ServiceNow SAP Cloud Solutions Oracle Cloud Applications Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and cloud operations. xzbcwsv PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications preferred.
