Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate LVN Charge Nurse for the night shift in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and wound care, while serving as the charge nurse for your unit. You will lead and support CNAs, coordinate resident assignments, and ensure accurate EMR documentation. Working within our faith-based, servant-leadership culture, you’ll promote dignity, safety, and person-centered care for residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life and recovery.
