Responsibilities:
* This role serves as clinical expert to support patient care and staff development.
* Provides clinical response for time-sensitive patient care, proactively augments care for patients at risk for deterioration, mentors clinical staff and monitors quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
* Current Kansas RN License
* Associate's Degree in nursing
* Advanced clinical skills, i.e. Critical Care, Emergency
* ACLS
* Stroke certification
* BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Preferred Job Requirements:
* BSN
