The candidate selection pathway entails credential evaluation against HEC faculty appointment criteria, followed by a competitive written screening examination evaluating creative design theory and studio pedagogy, concluding with an interview before the PIFD Selection Board. Master in Design (M.Des), MS / M.Phil or PhD in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Furniture Design, Marketing & Merchandising from an HEC recognized institution.
