US Accounting Associate

Core Taxit Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced U.S. Accounting Associate to support accounting and financial reporting for U.S.-based clients.

• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting for assigned clients.
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the Finance/Accounting team with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Record accruals, prepaids, payroll entries, fixed assets, and other accounting adjustments.
• Review books for classification errors, unreconciled balances, and unusual transactions.
• Prepare accounting workpapers and schedules for the U.S. tax team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support and guide junior team members, as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–9 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and accrual accounting.
• Experience with U.S. accounting and U.S.-based clients preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a client-service environment.

A detail-oriented accounting professional with strong fundamentals who can identify issues, investigate discrepancies, maintain organized workpapers, and work effectively with clients and senior team members.
