Role Description The Research and Development Developer will work on designing, prototyping, and refining new technology solutions and features, with a focus on experimental and early-stage development. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating emerging technologies, conducting technical research, developing and testing proof-of-concept applications, and documenting findings and recommendations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and transition successful prototypes toward production-ready solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in team discussions, reviews, and lab-based work.
Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured technical research, analyze findings, and present clear recommendations.
• Experience in software or product development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to break down complex challenges and explore multiple solution paths.
• Comfort working with emerging tools or technologies, and willingness to learn and experiment with new methods.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting work, sharing insights, and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time independently, and contribute in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Experience in R&D, innovation labs, or startup environments is a plus.
