We’re supporting an established laboratory technology company that is expanding its US service team in Midwest. Previous field service experience is welcome, but these opportunities could also suit candidates from a laboratory, engineering, technical or scientific background looking to move into their first FSE position.
ResponsibilitiesInstallation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentationProvide customer training and technical supportHands-on problem solving and equipment troubleshooting
This is a home-based, customer-facing positions with regular travel. xzbcwsv Engineers have plenty of autonomy and flexibility to manage their own schedules.
RequirementsScience or Engineering background – Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferredStrong practical / hands-on skills with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilityEager, coachable and able to think independentlyWilling and able to travel >80%
