MGM Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as HOD / Group Internal Auditor .

Position

Head of Department / Group Internal Auditor

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – preferably cleared in the 1st or 2nd attempt
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, FMCG, or Retail industries

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and strengthen internal controls
• Prevent revenue leakage
• Drive cost and process optimization
• Ensure financial discipline across the organization
• Oversee regulatory compliance
• Enhance governance, risk management, and internal audit practices
