The RN will independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders, hospital policies, the Indiana Nurse Practice Act, and professional nursing standards. Location : Fort Wayne, IN Duration : 13 weeks with possible extension Shift : 3x12 Nights (3p-3a) Pay : $2200-2254/wk Local Pay : $50/hr Requirements Indiana RN License - required at submission BLS - AHA only NVCI or CPI certification - required at submission Minimum 1.5-2 years of recent Psych RN experience 1.5-2 years of travel RN experience preferred EPIC experience or previous travel nursing experience required Experience with youth and geriatric patients strongly preferred BSN not required Schedule 36-40 hours per week 8-12 hour evening/night shifts Scheduled shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM Minimum 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period Friday and Saturday are considered weekend shifts Potential floating to Youth and Bridgeways (Geriatric) units Patient Ratios 1:10 from 7:00 AM-11:00 PM Up to 1:19 from 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Orientation Week 1: Monday-Friday Week 2: Monday-Tuesday 8-hour orientation days Mandatory attendance is required for all 7 orientation days Orientation hours are non-billable and do not count toward guaranteed hours Dress Code Caribbean Blue scrubs Other Important Notes Client may cancel/call off up to 24 hours per 13-week assignment Time-off requests must be provided at submission Indiana RN license must be available for submission NVCI or CPI must be active/available at submission About Pride: As a minority-owned business that delivers exceptional service to its clients and candidates by capitalizing on diverse recruiting, account management, and staffing backgrounds, Pride Health's expert team provides tailored and swift sourcing solutions to help connect healthcare talent with their dream jobs.
