In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between providers, clinics, hospitals, and the laboratory, ensuring accurate test ordering, specimen handling, and timely result reporting. Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, resolving order and result issues, coordinating with lab and clinical teams, maintaining data integrity in LIS/EMR systems, and supporting quality and compliance standards.
