Hiring: Hotel Engine Executive | US Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to retention, account recovery, collections, and upselling .
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promote relevant products and services to maximize customer value and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
• Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets .

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling.
• Hospitality background is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle US voice interactions .
• C1 US Voice Versant certification/level preferred.
• Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
