TITLE Maintenance Tech DESCRIPTION Position: Maintenance Technician Job Summary: To perform the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of all facilities within John Knox Village in good repair. Must have over three years experience in a given field i.e. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, home repair, facilities or condo maintenance, etc. . Core Competencies/Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance duties to all physical structures andplies with all building & OSHA safety codes and regulations.
