Sales Engineer - Aftermarket Products Oil & Gas & Petrochemical

We're hiring a driven Sales Engineer to grow our aftermarket business, supplying high-quality spare parts for liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors to clients in oil & gas refineries and petrochemical plants.

The Role

You'll own the full B2B sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and building relationships with plant engineers and procurement teams, to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. This is a technical sales role where your ability to understand equipment and speak the customer's language matters as much as your commercial acumen.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across refineries and petrochemical facilities
• Identify spare parts requirements and provide timely, accurate technical proposals
• Build long-term relationships with maintenance, reliability, and procurement teams
• Work closely with internal engineering and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline
• Experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in rotating equipment or process industries
• Familiarity with liquid ring vacuum pumps, compressors, or similar rotating equipment is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal skills - you're comfortable talking to engineers on the shop floor and procurement managers in the boardroom
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory
