Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, training, and academic content development.

Qualification:

Master's Degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institution. Ph. D. preferred. Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PG Management Online Faculty who is passionate about creating high-quality digital learning experiences for MBA/PGDM students. The ideal candidate should have extensive teaching experience and proven expertise in designing engaging online content, recording lecture videos, and developing industry-oriented learning material across multiple management domains.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive online learning content for MBA/PGDM programs. Create structured course plans, lesson modules, presentations, assignments, case studies, quizzes, and assessments. Record high-quality video lectures and explain complex management concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Develop practical, industry-oriented examples, simulations, and business case discussions. Prepare scripts and teaching materials suitable for digital learning platforms. Continuously update course content to align with current industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic standards. Collaborate with instructional designers, video production teams, and academic stakeholders to produce engaging learning experiences. Mentor students through discussion forums, doubt-solving sessions, and live webinars whenever required. Ensure all content meets institutional quality standards and learning outcomes.

Required Skills

Minimum 10 years of teaching/training experience in Management education. Proven experience in creating online educational content for MBA/PGDM learners. Hands-on experience in recording professional video lectures or delivering online courses. Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical business examples. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools. Excellent content writing and instructional design capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and digital content creation tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with Ed Tech companies, universities, or business schools. Prior experience creating MOOCs, online certification programs, or recorded learning modules. Exposure to AI-powered teaching tools and digital content creation platforms. Experience in curriculum design and outcome-based education.
