experienced academicians to join our growing team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Corporate

Communication.

Work Mode : Remote / Studio Recording (Ahmedabad)

Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract-Based

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality video lectures for our online learning platform.
• Develop and deliver practical, industry-oriented content in Corporate Communication.
• Collaborate with our academic team to create engaging, learner-centric educational content that prepares students for corporate and professional environments.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Ph.D. in Corporate Communication, Business Communication, English, Mass Communication, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience in a University, College, or Higher Education Institution.
3. Strong expertise in Business Communication, Professional Writing, Workplace Communication, Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Email & Business Etiquette, Corporate Grooming, Leadership Communication, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Resolution, and Cross-Cultural Communication.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Prior experience in online teaching, curriculum development, research, or content creation will be an added advantage.

Recording Options

• Remote Recording: Record sessions from your home or office and share them online.
• Studio Recording (Ahmedabad): Faculty residing in or around Ahmedabad can choose to record at our professional studio. Studio recording assignments carry a different remuneration structure than remote recording.
