Job Description
Role: Sales Lead - BFSI
Location: Mumbai - Hybrid - 3 days WFO
You have
- Minimum 7+ years of Predominant Sales experience, selling into Banks, Insurance and Fintech companies in India, Middle East and South Asia
- Experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to CRM, Customer Experience
- The ability to make impactful customer centric solution presentations to customer organizations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Digital Heads, Technical Heads)
- Understand commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitable commercial terms and conditions
- Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years).
- Ability to identify, connect and network with key stakeholders at the customers end on a regular basis.
- Aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation)
