Audit & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate ongoing internal and external engagements such as audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments.
  • Ensure timely evidence collection, progress tracking, and closure of action items.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Infosec to ensure that technology systems and documentation are audit-ready at all times.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for all review and compliance-related deliverables.

Governance & Committee Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation for key governance forums (ITSC, IT Steering, RMC, TPRMC, and Board presentations).
  • Consolidate and report key metrics such as outsourcing SLA performance and incident analysis across entities.
  • Manage the full governance rhythm - scheduling reviews, circulating pre-reads, and publishing formal MoMs.
  • Ensure all action items and follow-ups from committee reviews are tracked to closure.

Process & Documentation Excellence

  • Establish and maintain efficient operational frameworks, SOPs, and trackers to improve program governance.
  • Partner with teams to standardize reporting and documentation practices.
