We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across our financial education programs and products.

What You’ll Do

• Own sales targets, revenue and the complete sales pipeline.
• Handle leads, sales calls, follow-ups and conversions.
• Understand our financial education programs and products and communicate their value clearly.
• Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers.
• Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Identify new sales opportunities and channels.
• Track performance and continuously improve the sales process.
• Eventually build and lead a sales team as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, financial education, wealth management, banking or a similar industry is a plus.
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, numbers and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
• Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
